CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Confirmation Policy

Cabin w/ Dinner & Breakfast:-

1. A non-refundable confirmation fee equivalent to your first night's stay, is charged at time of booking.
2. A Confirmation e-mail is issued upon the receipt of the confirmation fee.
3. Full payment less the confirmation fee is due 30 days prior to arrival.

1. A non-refundable Confirmation fee of US$150 is charged at time of booking
2. Confirmation e-mail is issued upon the receipt of the confirmation fee.
3. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
   less $150.00US (confirmation fee)

Cancellation Policy

1. Confirmation Fee is Non-Refundable
2. 31 days or more prior to arrival: full refund less confirmation fee
3. 30 days or less prior to arrival: Zero refund.
4. No refunds for no shows.
5. No refunds for adventures/Service not taken. Services are not transferable.
6. No refunds if a site is closed beyond our control. Another adventure/tour of equal value will be substituted.
7. If Howler Monkey Resort & Nature Park cancels your service, 100% of your payment made including confirmation fee will be refunded
