CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Confirmation Policy

Cabin Only:-

1. Full payment is required at time of booking, for guaranteed confirmation of a specific cabin.
2. No payment is required for a booking without guarantee of a specific cabin.
Payment is due in BZE or US cash at time of checkin.

1. 25% of Package is required at time of booking
2. Balance of Package is payable by cash or charge at checkin.

Cancellation Policy

1. 61 days or more prior to arrival: 100% refund less 10% bank charges
2. between 31 days and 60 days prior to arrival: 100% refund less 25% bank and admin charges
3. 30 days or less prior to arrival zero refund
4. No refunds for no shows.
5. No refunds for adventures/Service not taken. Services are not transferable.
6. No refunds if a site is closed beyond our control. Another adventure/tour of equal value will be substituted.
7. If Howler Monkey Resort & Nature Park cancels your service, 100% of your payment made including bank charges will be refunded
